It works until it doesn t
From reading the reviews I can see that I am only one of many customers having problems with this team Their customer service is literally non existent I haven t received my order which according to tracking was delivered a week ago I wouldn t mind if they would at least look into it but after being told to get lost by an automated voicemail then being told they can t facilitate a call back when leaving a follow up email to explain my order is missing allgo sent it to the wrong address according to DPD they have essentially told me that my 3000 is missing and they won t be doing anything about it until they are able to facilitate me I did receive an email a few days ago from an agent who said they d look into it but they simply requested information from me that they already have and after submitting it I haven t heard a word The lack of care is astounding Haven t experienced anything like it since an eircom issue years ago that i still haven t recovered from properly I have sent so many people their way who now regularly purchase cards It s clear to see that Allgo are victims of their own success and hopefully another company will soon join the party so I can move over and bring as many people with me as possible The product works when you get it but beware you ll receive no help from them if it doesn t

Read the emails from customer service for a laugh

cant activate card
Replying to your response I only ever received an automated email reply to my email and Your colleague was not in touch with me The card is not a digital card and it is still not activated Every Christmas my husband receives a card from his work place ane every year i have the same issues activating the card I have spend half the day on hold trying to get through to them i have emailed them When i try to go in my account its says invalid details when i reset password it won t accept new one When i try to sign up for new account with different email it just keeps refreshing I am sick to death of crappy App and worse customer service Have the decency to answer the phone as this is unacceptable behaviour when you are getting paid to do a service

Non existent customer service
I received a gift card last year and set up the account and used the card I received one again this year and in order to use the card online I need to put in a 4 digit secure pin which was set up last year and I can t remember it I rang the helpline on Thursday for 45 minutes and got cut off so I emailed them I received an email on Sunday with instructions to solve my problem but the steps I was told to take did not work I emailed them back straight away and haven t received a response I rang the help line again this morning and was on hold for 1 hour and then they cut me off again I have also rang the sales and corporate sales help line as I am so desperate to get help but I have been on hold to both options for over 30 minutes at a time There is zero customer service with Allgo and it is extremely frustrating and disappointing It feels like they have one person looking after all customer service and it feels like once they have their money they don t care about anything else after that

I am thoroughly disappointed with Allgo s customer service experience It s one thing to have issues with a product or service but the lack of any real customer support makes everything exponentially worse Trying to get in touch with their customer service is a nightmare It feels like they don t care about their customers at all There s no responsiveness no clear communication and certainly no effort to resolve issues I reached out multiple times only to be met with either complete silence or generic unhelpful responses For a company that touts itself as innovative and customer-focused they have failed miserably in delivering even the most basic level of support If they cannot invest in a proper support system how can they expect customers to trust them I would not recommend Allgo to anyone until they seriously overhaul their customer service Customers deserve better than being left in the dark when issues arise Save your time and money and look elsewhere

Awful company hate these cards issues with unlocking every year helpline is a joke e-mails go unanswered and they ask for a lot of personal information which I m very uncomfortable with major gdpr concerns The worst I ve ever had to deal with

Again the worst gift card you can give your employee So much wasted time last year before I somehow get this card to work activated and this year AGAIN with a differences after couple days fighting with their website still cannot activate a card Its even not a joke Their phone number doesnt work and emails are useless So frustrated

Horrible experience This company is a big joke I din t receive my card yet Since 4 11 Customer service doesn t exist The worst way to get a Christmas gift ever Many hours hanging on the phone Last call I mede 10 days ago and lady from CS confirmed it will be shortly i a few days They are liars and ignored customers Highly not recommend Avoid this card if possible

I d give negative stars if it was possible Ordered cards for the company I work for Paid straight away to not have delays We should have got the cards at the beginning of this week and no sign First I got an email saying the cards were on the way No sign of it Tried contact with customer service that seem to not exist Emailed to all possible emails and no answers at all I have no doubt this is the worst experience ever with online shopping I am sure my boss will go back to the old one4all next time At least those are guaranteed No chance you can keep customers with this non-existent customer service still worse not delivering the products
