I find it annoying when the customer

I find it annoying when the customer service says that I would get help in 5-7 business days but my request is still pending since last year And all I have receive is that rate their service which they said that before which will then proceed to another rating of the company you guys are useless

Terrible company NO goods received they told me to deal with TNT I managed to find out the TNT details after talking to someone helpful there and gave them to them as it got returned to them and they still won t refund or send me my goods Keep telling me its my job to deal with TNT no it s not it theirs as the sender and TNT will only deal with them as the senders and it got returned to them All I want is either the goods resent or my money back This is going on for about 2 months now

I would like to clarify that the refund offered is an exception made by our Escalation Team due to it not being in line with the terms and conditions stated on our website
