Very poor organization specially the hungarian branch The online insurance management portal doesnt work Just returns errors if you want to give them instructions So if your investments are in bear you can start to prey You dont see if you have sent a message to them and of course no one answers

Allianz offers traintickets Insurance but doesn t pay out
Allianz AWPEurope offers an insurance on the Traintickets form SNCF French railways You pay 10 of the price extra On the assumption that they will refund the ticketprice in case of issues But having paid many years that insurance and nog having needed it I now found out it is a worthless insurance In case of delay on your transition they pay nothing at all

AVOID USING ALLIANZ INSURANCE
Avoid at all cost insuring with Allianz I recently took out a car insurance policy with Allianz Last week my wife had an accident in our car where she ran in the back of someone The claim seemed to be going through quite straight forward however after not really hearing back of the insurance I decided to contact them I was told my insurance policy had been voided and they was not going to pay out After further investigation Allianz informed me my car had a none standard exhaust which had caused them to void the policy My car is a seat leon fr The car as far I was aware was a standard fr model I have seen numerous seat leon with this exhaust on If I would have known this was not a standard exhaust I would of declared it as I ve been driving the car for 3 years with this on Meaning in this case all my previous policy s would of been void This insurance company now want me to sign a form to say they will cover the cost for the 3rd party but I have to repay them back They arranged a curtosey car for me to which I am now going to have to foot the bill for that too 285 pound If I knew the claim was void I would of never accepted a curtosey car in the first place Now I m stuck with a car that has been potentially written off and stuck with the bill for the 3rd party damage and also the bill for the curtosey car I nener once got asked to provide pictures of my vehicle when starting the policy like some other insurance company do If this would of been the case Allianz would have said we can t insure you straight away because of the exhaust As I say bought my car like this and was completely unaware it was an aftermarket exhaust This insurance company Is an absolute joke and I will be putting in a formal complaint and taking it to the ombudsman Please avoid using at all costs

i wrongly t my guest housgave it 1 star instead of minus 10 i had a fire my guest house after 3 months of water pouring through the roof which was damaged they refused to pay me i always put my trust in insurance but not any more just because i took tne wrong type of people in decent people who fell on hard times instead of drunken stag and hen partys who wreckk the house it is the company who spends more money on solicitors to get out of the deal than paying trusting customers delengland hotmail comseeing all the complaints i think we should band together and do something about the phoney company please get in touch

Allianz to the rescue
Had an awful experience with British Airways When my wife had to cancel flights due to medical issues we did so online and were disgusted to find that we were only refunded airport taxes When we called BA we were told that if we had called as opposed to cancelling online then we would have been given a full refund We contacted Allianz as they administer Travel Insurance for the Halifax where we have a number of benefits with our current account Allianz were brilliant They are took details in a very empathetic and professional manner and set up the claim in approximately 30 minutes An hour or so later we had an email confirming that our claim was being processed and the money was in our account two days later Brilliant customer service all round
