Easily the worst courier service in Australia If I could give 0 stars I would This review is from the point of view of a retailer They pick up orders take longer than any other couriers to deliver and regularly leave customers wondering where their purchases are The biggest scam they have going is drivers saying they attempted delivery However when customers with surveillance on their property check There was no attempt

This is the worst freight company in Australia I ve had a parcel just sitting in their state arrival depot for a week - Christmas is five days away Due to be delivered on the 16th originally I am now being told it might be sent out in the next week and will most likely not arrive for Christmas - and it has all my presents for my family in it Multiple calls to the company have not seen the package move from the depot They make it very clear they do not care The multiple low star ratings for this company are spot on They are falsely representing their ability to transport freight in an acceptable time frame Their system for dealing with problems is broken and they do not care

This company has no idea what they are doing Their customer service officer tells me my parcel is in the Sydney depot the tracking and trace website says they have it in the depot Yet an email from company says they do not have my parcel Where is it Do not trust this company and I would discourage any organization from using them and to try another courier service I would give zero stars if I could

I don t have anything to add that hasn t already been written about this utterly useless business In the past month alone they have damaged beyond repair a shipment from NineBot and have seemingly lost another large expensive package from another company I have submitted an enquiry but have not heard anything for 5 days Your core business is delivering stuff How the hell can you get this so wrong and why the hell do companies insist on using your services It is telling that my broken package was collected for return by FedEx and not by these clowns I wouldn t trust Allied Express to deliver bad news much less pay them to carry goods of value

Just repeating what 99 of others have been through what an absolute sh t 0w Been waiting to receive a package in central NSW Package coming from Victoria took 1 day to get to Sydney ok that s unreal After 5 days of sitting in Sydney another tracking update it s now in a Nowra depot After another 7 days of the package sitting in Nowra there s still no update on where it is It s been 2 weeks from sending package until now Like I explained the tracking is all over the place a few days before it was meant to arrive it said it was with delivery driver and will be delivered before the end of the day but nothing So who knows when it will turn up Sent an email enquiry but no reply Was really hoping to receive it before Christmas but definitely not gonna happen would never have made the purchase if i d had known the retailer were using this monkey factory courier service Stay far far away

Worst delivery company ever this company should have there ABN taken away Ordered an aircon outdoor unit arrived damaged like it was thrown off the truck sent this back and then got sent the wrong one then sent this back and my new replacement was then lost Was told it was delivered on the 23rd December by the customer team I told them it wasn t delivered as I was home all day No proof of delivery could be supplied just rocked up randomly today two weeks later What a joke don t use this incompetent company as the chances are you will also have drama s

Avoid at all cost Dispute transaction if they are your courier
review updated Just launched credit card dispute with your financial institution Don t waste your time chasing parcels if they are delivered by allied express or sellers choose to use their service I wish I can give negative stars Items still not received I finally got on hold of them on the phone They claimed that the items have been delivered with a signature and a lady with last name wolf took the parcels This is an Asian household and no on has that last name They then claimed that actually the seller authorized them to leave onsite and there is nothing they can do about it Leaving onsite does not equal to delivery with signature They just bluntly lied on the phone and finished the conversation In future I will launch credit card dispute as soon as I found out any seller of my online shopping uses Allied express hopefully this gives a loud message to both the seller and the courier original post below I had two online shopping completely screwed up by the last mile courier To those reading the review the following is a letter I sent to Allied Express regarding one of my online order to Allied Express I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with your service regarding the delivery of my parcel Tracking Number AOE11943613Q Your tracking system claims the parcel was delivered on 20th January 2025 This is absolutely false I have thoroughly reviewed my security camera footage of all entries of my property and there was no delivery attempt made at my property on the stated date Furthermore I want to emphasize that I did not authorize the parcel to be left onsite under any circumstances Therefore if the parcel was left at the address claimed it was done so wrongfully likely to the wrong house and the wrong person Adding to this frustration your service has already exceeded the expected delivery timeframe by more than 48 hours was meant to be delivered by 17th Jan 2025 after the date had been delayed twice already I have also informed the seller about this issue I demand that you Locate my parcel and deliver it to the correct address If the parcel is lost provide a full refund of the item value along with any applicable compensation for the inconvenience caused Please address this issue as soon as you can and provide a resolution without further delay If I do not receive a satisfactory response or resolution by 21st Jan 2025 5 30 pm I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further I expect your prompt response to resolve this matter without further escalation

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM They ll damage your goods then deny you of any compensation They promise 24 hr delivery but it takes a week then arrives broken Their response is pretty much Oh well sucks to be you because you didn t take all the special warranty which doesn t cover your goods anyway
