Excellent service and really happy with look and fit to my Model Y Simon was good keeping me updated with a fitting date and the installation was brilliant

10 out of 10 for AlloyGator

I bought AlloyGators after seeing how good they look and after watching the videos how easy they are to fit Received them within a couple of days and immediately went to fit them I had a problem with fitting them not the AlloyGators fault it was all me I have since found out the mallet I was using was not heavy enough anyway I emailed AlloyGator and promptly received a reply saying they would arrange a mobile 5 star fitter to come out and sort them free of charge which has happened and I m over the moon with the AlloyGators and the aftersales service It s refreshing to find such a great company nowadays Folks get your AlloyGators and get your Alloys protected

Simply superb after-sales service 7 3 2023I have had a set of AlloyGators fitted for about 18 months 12 000 miles they have been perfect totally trouble-free Today a puncture to one tyre meant that a new tyre had to be fitted while the car was at a main dealer The dealership weren t completely happy with how they d fitted the new tyre with the AlloyGator already in place recommended I get it double-checked I live near the AlloyGator HQ in Redditch popped-in on the off-chance I could book the car in for an inspection The guys there were fantastic looked at the car there then successfully adjusted the fitting said to call back if needed a brand new AlloyGator could be fitted Truly exceptional after-sales service can t recommend AlloyGator highly enough
