P ss poor shipping zero communication not worth it

Ordered a movie poster unframed and received an email that my poster will arrive on the 8th I called on the 10th and I m told that my poster hasn t even been ordered from the supplier yet It s a gift for a birthday this weekend and since I doubt I get it in time I ll have to pick up something else Never again will I use All Posters

Poor Quality

It took over a month for my order to arrive However the quality of the posters was extremely poor The paper on what it was printed on was poor quality as was the print itself as it looked like it had been printed on an regular inkjet printer On top of that the paper was not even trimmed properly I would have been better off printing the three prints I ordered at home

Be careful this company perform scams You think you paid but the money are rejected If you won t notice for example simply because you have to many transactions going anyway then you won t even realize that you are a debtor One year later you will receive an e-mail informing you about your debt and high interest PS Their products are of really good quality I loved what I bought Until I had to REALLY PAY FOR IT

I ordered a framed poster as a birthday

I ordered a framed poster as a birthday gift yesterday and i paid extra for the 2 day shipping so as i could at least have it by Friday So i called today and I m being told that i wont get my product until July 7th even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping The employee was rude and said that I couldn t have 2 day shipping until after the product is made then it could be shipped out in 2 days So long long does it take to print a frigging poster And why offer 2 day shipping if it can t be done False advertising at it s best

Honestly don t waste your time

Honestly don t waste your valuable time on these guys by buying anything involving framing This is the second - and final - time they ve sent a lousy quality framed product This time I bought a self-frame from IKEA and the end result was better and cheaper than what Allposters achieved 1 They offered a product that they knew they couldn t fulfil in glass 2 When I chose the alternative they didn t confirm and it arrived out of the blue 3 The framing was terrible quality you could see the back of the frame and because the cheap flimsy backing materials weren t adequate the print bowed away from the mount leaving shadows The sticker on the back claims a 10-point quality control process which is laughable - a school child could have spotted the obvious issues 4 When you escalate a customer service ticket they say they ll forward to a supervisor who either takes too long or doesn t reply

The worst customer service ever

Their customer service don t care if the items you ordered are processed or not It took more than 60 days not to receive my order but for Allposters to cancel my order without any notice Allposters don t have any intensions to solve the problems I would not recommend Allposters to my family and friends Of course I would not shop from Allposters ever again I would rather spend my money on whomever appreciates the business

Never Again

Ordered a poster on April 3 In early May was told it would ship soon and I d get a confirming email Finally on May 15 I cancelled the order and requested a refund No response I ve filed a dispute with PayPal but I will NEVER order another product from this company Buyer beware

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemy Nothing but a bunch of lies and wasted 6 weeks of my time when I could have ordered from elsewhere and have it by now They claim to have had technical issues which is why I never received any email notifications however I called them at least once a week for updates and was LIED to over and over again I do not believe they are even a legit company It s unfortunate that in order to write a review to warn others that you even have to give them 1 star And as for their pitiful we re sorry s keep them your word is worthless
