Aftersales - we dont do any aftersales

We have recently bought our first VW campervan from a private seller who bought the newly converted van from all seasons leisure in Sept 2023 - when we bought the van we was given the handover pack along with other documents - 10 year warranty it states in the pack - that is until you look to make an enquiry re a fault - this company are appalling and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a van from them unless they will never want any after sales advise 3 times my husband and I have tried to make contact - and heard nothing - eventually yesterday after an email the salesman rang my husband and said that the warranty was not transferrable and he suggests we take the van that is 11 months old since its conversion by these people to an auto electrician- What Really and the salesperson had the audacity to say it had taken 3 weeks to return our calls because they was busy handing over new vans - well good luck to who ever has just purchased one because if you need to have any fault repaired after you drive away you will be fobbed off as we were - i - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - aftersales is shocking - even VW commercial commented when I rang them for help that they had heard numerous similar complaints about All Seasons Leisure - -

Absolutely superb

Absolutely blown away by my conversion by All Seasons Thanks to David Andrew and Jordan in particular for making my perfect van Sourced a perfect spec van for me then the conversion is just out of this world Stunning camper and great build quality These guys do everything in house Lots of dealers advertise campers they haven t converted themselves If your serious then you need to be visiting All Seasons Roll on spring and making memories with the family

Amazing highly recommend

Amazing experience from start to finish Andrew and Adam helped us to spec and built the most wonderful van We made a few modifications during the build and they were more than accommodating even sending regular photos and updates during the process we live in London and purchased the van through the Newcastle branch We felt fully supported throughout the whole build and we are delighted with the van The handover was excellent as is the after sales experience We found the handover pack and videos extremely helpful Would highly recommend

Cant praise Jordan and the team highly enough This was a big leap of faith on our part as it was our first Campervan purchase we have ever made So delighted with our new Campervan I can t recommend All Seasons highly enough

I would have no hesitation to recommend All Seasons for their knowledge and understanding You would find it hard to better the service we received from start to finish They did everything and went the extra mile to make sure we where totally happy with our Campervan A big thank you to Andrew for all your help

Outstanding service and finished product

We bought our van and had it completely refitted as a camper to our specifications online and by telephone only Quite a remarkable achievement If you live in another part of the UK or in our case France this is a huge added bonus if you want quality workmanship and an outstanding finished product then Allseasons are the company to employ We collected our van last week and drove it back to France We could not be happier It s brilliant Many thanks to Ian Marie Jordan and everyone at Allseasons You have made a long-standing dream come true

Toyota Alphard conversion
