Title says it all Bought a road bike here online as my LBS couldn t be bothered Ordered Monday on 3 years interest free Told them I was going offshore Thursday They emailed to say we ll build your bike and get it to you Wednesday No we ll try or we mights just no problem we will They communicated with me immediately ie finance gone through Bike picked sent to workshop Bike built will be collected tonight Bike on way to you They also use DPD to deliver who are great and give you a 1 hour delivery slot so no need to sit in all day Went out for a blast when it arrived yesterday and everything perfect Had to fit pedals bars and seat myself but these had been pre fitted then removed and bolts seat stem etc were greased ready for me Altogether a very easy pleasurable experience and I will buy from these guys again for sure Thanks and good job ATC

Good service Ordered a new bike which was showing as in stock and it was delivered within a few days There was an issue with the bike on delivery and within an hour of emailing the issue had been resolved

called here as passing on thursday great selection of bikes and gear and good women s section too was passing again on saturday but with rear puncture guys let me use the bike stand and track pump and even assisted getting wheel back in and let me wash my hands top guys who know customer service wouldn t hesitate to buy stuff from here thank you

Pleased to say my experience of buying a new Trek Rail 5 Allterrain cycles could not be faulted Demo rides were arranged very quickly on two occasions with a pleasant and friendly attitude Questions on technical financial subjects were answered in clear terms with assistance from other colleagues sort as required I was particularly impressed with young Danny who s excellent customer attitude was a credit to himself and the business not forgetting Andy the rest of the staff This is an early review as the bike is a very recent purchase but the omens are good that this excellent service will continue
