Item was apparently delivered When I finally received confirmation it was it wasn t in that location Argued all the way through PayPal but no luck for a refund as I was delivered Not replacement as they believed I lied When you live in a high traffic area and they leave it outside your house apparently its my fault I didn t receive it Customer service and the way they speak to you is horrendous No care for repeat business Avoid and pay a little extra to a decent company instead

Christmas jumper purchase
Ordered a Christmas jumper on 10th November and it has arrived today -15th November It s exactly as shown and size is perfect My Grandson will be thrilled with it The only drawback is they do not offer tracking details and I might not have ordered had I read the unfavourable reviews however my experience deserves 5 stars and I m very pleased with my purchase
