Ordered what was meant to be a cashmere jumper it s not cashmere the size is a very small large the customer services for this mob is awful please do yourself a favour and stay clear from this company total crap i waited over 3 weeks for a piss poor product I have tried to return it but no response

Be very aware Scam They have stolen my partners money and sent two bootleg items they have not got back to emails instagram messages and are a complete scam Avoid at all costs 90 for two items that were the completely wrong item and look like they cost 4 from primark Supposed to be north face jackets Please see the photo of what we actually got sent We don t think this is a legitimate business

Scam paid for designer coats which were advertised received cheap coats not even with a fake label Disputed through paypal as they wouldnt respind to emails and had to return items to united Emirates which costs 60ish to get a refund

I received my coat today you could buy better in Asda it didn t have the north face symbol on it didn t answer emails so i put it in a charity shop would never ever buy of them again

I wish I had read the reviews and done some research before ordering a 45 jacket for my husband I recieved the most pathetic excuse for a jacket it s more a shirt then a lined jacket that your wouldn t even pay 10 for I am so angry as expected they are not replying to emails and this has taught me a lesson online shopping and especially adverts through instagram avoid

Horrible coat

I paid 50 for a north face coat after 4 weeks I received a coat that I wouldn t have paid 10 for at a cheap market It has no north face logo Awful white bit of fur on the collar should have been black the cheap lining comes out of the sleeves and out at the bottom when you put it on Have emailed complaint with no reply Don t buy from this company I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

What a scam Bought a north face coat and did not look good and it was too big They say refund is initiated via email which they don t respond to And then I started and online chat which no one connects to What a joke Don t ever buy from them
