If you want a good price then don t subscribe at 199USD as they can deduct 50 one month later
I subscribed in Nov 2021 - 199USD yearly subscription at that time 2022 now 50 discount - 99USD now Talked to the customer service agent she just fooled you around and pass the buck to Apple - told you to cancel and refund via Apple But it s not a choice to do so If can t refund then you should say it but not fool your customers around Just copy and paste response in every email to reply their customer The pricing strategy is rather unfair to existing customer Think twice how you would be treated when you become their EXISTING customer Plus there is no review section on google Facebook etc think why Very bad company

BEWARE - sign up for 2 week trial and they automatically take your money
I signed up for the 2 week free trial and then they automatically removed 149 for the annual membership without a WORD of waning I just received a recipet I didn t use it that much - I think this is super sneaky I m really upset

I cancelled my subscription more than a year ago Suddenly on Black Friday this year I get a notification that I was charged for another year s subscription This is ridiculous It s not like a subscription renewal It s a brand new subscription after a whole year of inaction I emailed customer support and of course no answer I literally cannot afford what they charged me Unbelievable

I ve been a customer for years Ever since it was Cody and Alo took over Their established teachers have a wealth of knowledge However new instructors and the Instagram influencers do very poor sequencing Heavy breathing It s annoying They claim it s an issue with the microphone They need to sort it out but never do Need more diversity of ages sizes and cultures The app isn t great and often crashes I won t be renewing

I have zero respect for companies who do not give customers a heads up before an annual subscription renews I literally see ads daily for 50 off annual membership but I a loyal customer of nearly two years am charged full price without any notice 3 days before Christmas It s just shady business practice send an email 2 weeks before it s due so people can prepare And offer existing customers the same deal
