Received two Alpha heaters via New Jersey USA Absolutely rubbish Please do your research I am very very disappointed They are only 500 watt made in China One safety matter there is no evidence if uk trading standards approve of the safety of this device Think extremely careful before buying This is a genuine review

Awful

Awful Wish I could give em a 0 Doesn t heat room at all and when trying to return for refund made ridiculous claims of needing to pay return shipping and restocking fee Total scammers Contact your credit card company though for help I bought with PayPal and after telling Alpha Heater I was going to let them take care of getting me my refund I was instantly refunded without having to send piece of junk back

RIPOFF

I bought the alpha heater and the first time I plugged it in it stopped working after 10 minutes Then the off and on switch doesn t work I tried to call 4 times and kept getting hung up on I wrote an email and explained that I wanted to return and I wanted a refund No response I wrote 2 more emails still nothing After 32 days I finally got through today I was told that I missed the return period and I was stuck with it I m out 55 91 and stuck with a piece of junk

I bought 3 of these pieces of garbage I was stupid enough to believe their extensive advertising and not fortunate enough to have seen any real reviews Never again Only 1 of the 3 heaters worked at all and not very well either I tried to contact them but their email and phone were non-working And I also received them in busted up flimsy thin cardboard boxes DON T EASE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR GARBAGE

DO NOT BUY ALPHA HEATER US

I already wrote a review about the product I just wanted to mention about the customer service and their website Their customer service is absolutely terrible when I called with my concerns They just kept telling me that their product is amazing and they have really good reviews when I asked to speak to supervisor I was told that he is on another call and he will call me back within half an hour I never got a call back I sent an email to their email address that is on the packing slip and the email was returned to me saying that that domain does not exist DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS MONEY BACK 30 DAYS GUARANTEE IF NOT SATISFIED I really hope that more people would do research about this product and not waste their money and not support that business

Don t Walk Away from this heater RUN

You d be better off using your hand held blow dryer for your hair to heat a room than this product The fan speeds are imperceptible and the heat output equally imperceptible The unit is so bulky and the plug prongs weak that it doesn t even securely plug into the wall Just what you want for a heater a house fire eye roll I gave it one star it should be zero stars If you insist on buying it buy it from Amazon so that when you see what I m writing is true YOU CAN SEND IT BACK This is the one of the worst products I ve EVER ordered Also those websites that look like consumer ratings sites for this product are done by paid advertisers who receive royalties from the purchases made from those sites read the FULL ads

What a terrible product

What a terrible product Doesn t stay plugged into the wall doesn t heat the room in minutes I had it plugged in for 30 min in a small room and it did absolutely nothing to change the temperature The box doesn t say it is an Alpha Heater product The instructions are full of spelling mistakes Their website is poorly constructed when you click on support page it is blank I called the customer support number and the person kept telling me how great their product is I should have just gone on Trustpilot to see if this product was worth it

Junk

Junk Only goes up to 32 degrees and my breath is hotter and more forceful One out of three had the wrong plug but it s no more useless than the ones with the correct plug An email to customer support was said to have been forwarded to the proper department and I would recieve a reply which I didn t Do waste your money They want a picture of my OD to verify this review which I m not doing

2 worked well 2 didn t work at all 1 worked for a day Then this Caught fire in the electrical outlet fell off wall and burnt on my floor Won t let me show pictures And alpha not responsible for the damage
