Impressive piece of tech to aid relaxation

As a practising therapist I have been impressed by my own use of Alpha-Stim I always try technology myself before recommending it It certainly aids relaxation and I often use it in conjunction with meditation Overall I recommend it

Life changing

I have used this machine with clients for years I highly recommend it for anxiety and insomnia It has been a life changer for so many people in my practice

Really helps me sleep

I have had long term difficulty in sleeping Either I couldn t get to sleep or I fell asleep and then wake up at maybe 4 00am and can t get back to sleep I have of course tried all the usual herbal and other remedies They work for a night but are probably not good to use regularlyI have now used an Alpha-Stim last thing at night to help me get to sleep What works best for me is to do a 20 minute Alpha-Stim programme while listening to a soothing meditation or soothing music This works better for me than the Alpha-Stim on its own because silence tends to leave too much space for my thoughts to run wild And the results I definitely sleep a lot better I fall asleep most nights as soon the Alpha-Stim program has finished and often sleep through the night I have also significantly reduced my usage of herbal sleep aids I am happy to have the 20 minute Alpha-Stim programme as the regular last thing I do before sleep It took me some time to register that the Alpha-Stim was working I gave up after a few weeks but then immediately noticed that my sleep deteriorated when not using the Alpha-Stim so now I use it almost every night At one point a newish set of ear clips broke I contacted Microcurrent and they sent me a new set which seem to be completely fine Definitely recommended for anyone who has difficulty in getting to sleep or sleeping through the night

Comfortable to use and beneficial to health

I like the Alpha Stim Aid - it s easy and comfortable to use If I ve had a stressful day I ll use it for an hour of an evening and I then sleep well I probably use it 2-3 times a week and find it a relaxing treatment I no longer have the headaches that I used to have

Anxiety panic attacks depression

I had researched alternative therapy rather than medication i still take 10mg of citalopram minimum dose now however it was much higher and found it did not agree with me I rented the machine for two months before purchasing I have found it be very effective I use a few times a week now I also achieved better quality of sleep so I would highly recommend this product thank you alpha stim

This device is my life-line

This device is my life-line It helps me enormously This is my second alpha-stim I was one of the first to have one many years ago and it sadly gave up the ghost after much hard work over the years The new one is better and after 8 months of thinking I could manage without has given me my life back

A life changing product and fantastic customer service

I discovered alpha-stim many years ago at a time when I was struggling with depression and anxiety I was taking medication but it had stopped working and I feel that the alpha-stim not only saved my sanity but eventually enabled me to safely come off my antidepressants I still use the device when I feel stressed or can t sleep and it works very quickly to calm my mind and body down I am a therapist specialising in pain relief and I recommend this device to many of my patients who are additionally suffering with mental health issues As well as the device being a game changer the customer service is second to none I cannot praise Steve James and Julie highly enough They are always there to offer support and advice and they have worked tirelessly to promote the advantages of this technology and make it accessible to the general public In a highly overmedicated society this device offers a drug free solution to depression anxiety and insomnia

Makes a big difference in my day-to-day life

I was on medication for an anxiety disorder for many years so was hopeful after reading research about CES treatment and the Alpha-Stim specifically that I could care for myself without needing to return to medication Alpha-Stim has helped me significantly especially with anxiety and insomnia I feel more alert after using it and I have more capacity for getting things done Interactions with customer service have been very positive as well Highly recommend
