Monitoring software problem AlphaEss does not provide service and does not respond to my problem The problem has been going on for more than a year and AlphaEss is doing nothing at all I paid 13 000 euros and have no control over the operation of my battery system

Post Sales Customer Service non-existent I have had 3 Kw system for 2 years but for much of that time it does not sync with wi-fi I ve had to replace the dongle once before which stands proud of the system and is highly susceptible to damage with the slightest contact poor design The system again registers fault and dongle signals red but Alpha-ESS does not respond to numerous requests for help via email 6 days
