This design thinking exercise expertly facilitated by Kevin and Conor from Alpha Innovation energised our large and diverse team helping us focus on the importance of process review and adaptation in delivering actions A much needed timeout for planning and reminder of our need to align to our Strategic priorities communicate better and benefit from collaboration across our growing organisation

Start up boot camp was fantastic

Just so useful The start up boot camp showed me how to assess different potential customers and find the more suitable lucrative one This guidance saved me potentially years going down the wrong route due to assumptions or even inactivity due to not being sure which way to go There was so much more I got from course including advice and real life business examples for the different topics We presented our general business idea at the end of our boot camp at a show case This was great because we had homework every week and the presentation at the end to keep us focused on the project The coaches were so very supportive not judgy and very approachable and all the topics were presented in a clear understandable way

The team at Alpha Innovation are top rate and really hands on in helping budding companies validate their ideas thorough a combination of one on one mentoring and collaborative workshops It is highly recommended for anyone with any business idea or looking for some inspiration and guidance within their own field They are very welcoming with an open door policy to ideas and innovation

As pitch events go Disrupt By The Sea hosted by Alpha Innovations was a step above the norm From the stunning location on the Donegal coast to the live music and excellent the organisation was top class In addition there were 6 top class pitches from some great local companies Looking forward to next year

Really well organised event Beautiful venue Kevin Sexton Conor Doherty from Alpha Communications are true professionals with incredible organisation communication skills A huge well done to everyone involved in the event The venue was fantastic but probably weather dependent re temperature Food refreshments were fabulous Kevin Conor s warm welcome and attitude are always memorable no matter what they organise They go above and beyond to make everyone in the room feel special and that I believe is the secret ingredient In the beautiful words of Maya Angelou people will forget what you said people will forget what you did but people will never forget how you made them feel
