Steve spent a long time with me helping me to adjust to riding the tricycle which is very different from riding a bike He also went through how all the different functions worked

I love my new trike its so easy to ride

I love my new trike its so easy to ride and goes so fast I have chronic Rheumatoid arthritis and can not do weight bearing exercises anymore I also have a lung problem and by doing a little exercise helps to keep them clear I have had mobility scooters and they cost double of this trike even without vat and when they go wrong it cost a fortune If you are fed up with buying scooters only for them to go wrong after a years or so buy one of these trikes well made goes like the clappers and great fun even in the rain I have always called my transport by name my trike is called Happy Freedom because it was the first time in 2 months I had been out Steve is the chap to speak to Kind no pressure good person so thank you Steve for my wonderful trike

It s easy to mount and dismount but needs to be learnt

Well this is the second time I ve written a review But as the firm is worth it here is a summary Good product Personal service especially on delivery when everything can be clarified and for the inexperienced how to ride a tricycle Not difficult just different Here is tip which I haven t shared yet Don t worry about the height of the step over 1 put left pedal at approx 25 mins to the hour position 2 brakes on 3 right leg on left pedal pop your bottom on saddle 4 right leg over the bar Done you might have to wiggle backwards a little on the saddle to do that Good luck enjoy the freedom of being out and about

A little long winded on delivery but they kept me well informed Good explanation of how to get the best out of the tricycle when riding and in no hurry so overall i am well pleased so far and see no reason at this stage to change my mind Brian Truro Cornwall

A very satisfied customer

I am really pleased with the purchase of my e-trike the tilt mechanism means it s very similar to riding an ordinary bike and the huge back basket means it s great for shopping The throttle means I can get a quick getaway at traffic lights and when joining new roads so I feel safe The service has been excellent prompt delivery and instruction and when I d forgotten how to turn the lights on I had an immediate reply to my email even though it was on a Sunday

Buying my electric trike from AEB

I recently took delivery of an electric trike When I ordered the model was out of stock but I was given a delivery date which proved to be pretty accurate and I was happy to wait Nearer the delivery I was given a day and time when it would arrive It was delivered by van ready to ride - shame it was raining - and was given a quick run through of how it all worked The trike looks a quality product and goes brilliantly All in all a good experience

I had previously a G tech electric bike

I had previously a G tech electric bike and it wasn t a patch on this Alpine bike I have only had a couple of rides so far but it is great Two rides of 16 miles each time and the battery has only gone down by 25 Brilliant Love It would recommend the Alpine to anyone considering an electric bike Steve was great when he delivered it explained everything to me even offered to let me have a ride first

Trike is excellent I appreciated the effort you made to get it to me when you had problems not of your making One suggestion indicators would be useful You cannot signal a right turn when you are operating the throttle with your right hand I think the personal delivery and demo is really good
