Great support speeding up a delivery

After mistakenly selecting standard delivery rather than express entirely my mistake I contacted Customer Services to see if they could help as I needed the order for a trip a few days later They were brilliant located the order and did their best to get the parcels to me as quickly Wish all companies were so helpful Thank you Alpkit

Out of this world

I recently purchased a Sonder Camino bike from them visited 2 shops to trial different sizes and kits and finally decided on the perfect bike The quality of their products is unreal at the most competitive prices Their customer care is out of this world I cannot recommend them enough just brilliant

Excellent customer service from Alpkit Betws y Coed They were so helpful and efficient in ordering me a long sleeve swim suit in my size from another store It arrived within 2 days Was very impressed with quality and the reasonable price of all their goods The store is very welcoming and dog friendly and was also very surprised to find that they also run a repair service - great idea Thank you I will definitely be visiting again

Ordered a pair of the 3 4 men s bib

Ordered a pair of the 3 4 men s bib shorts last Wednesday arrived on Friday and I wore them today on a Dorset Cycling Weekend Rode 68 miles yesterday wearing Rapha bibs and today did three ascents of Eggardon Hill wearing the newAlpkit bibs They performed really well Very pleased indeed Will certainly look to buy more Excellent and fully recommend I bought large as I m 6ft 4 and weigh 12 st Fit was good

As you can imagine around Christmas there is never enough time in the day I ordered some water proof trousers for a winter camp in the Black Forest and selected DHL next day but as I am in the middle of nowhere they weren t able to ship them to me next day HOWEVER I emailed and spoke to one of their operatives Naomi who was able to sort next day Royal Mail delivery within 30mins of my initial email GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Will always recommend

Down jacket repaired

Down jacket repairedI burnt the shoulder of my Filoment Down Hoody on a hot stove pipe I thought my beloved jacket was heading for recycling Then I read that Alpkit offer a repair service at nearly all of their stores I didn t think it would be possible to mend the garment such was the extent of the damage but thought I might as well ask I travelled to the Bristol store and met the Repair Super Hero called Cedar who was an absolute delight to deal with and who reassured me a repair was possible Two weeks later as promised my hoody was delivered to me patched and re stuffed with down where it was lost The standard of work is excellent and the repair is almost invisible Thank you Cedar fantastic customer service

I recently returned a pair of zippy off trousers The stitching had come undone on the front pocket which was disappointing However the customer service I received was superb I was offered a free repair and all postage was covered It was handled quickly and efficiently by Ash and I was kept thoroughly informed of the delivery process once they had been repaired This is a great example of a business that looks after its customers A rare experience these days I highly recommend Alpkit and they can rely on my continuous custom Thank you Ash
