I opened saving account 2 35 3rd October 22 and account was up and running on the 4th October 22 absolutely no problems I also phoned the morning of the 4th and got answered promptly and my query answered all in all 1st class

I opened an account recently and had a couple of queries I telephoned and wasn t waiting very long to be connected in comparason to some High St banks I have transferred money in and a trial of transferring out a small amount and had no issues whatsoever The only thing I did find to be a bit confusing was logging into my digital account on a laptop Here is a tip for anyone trying to do so If you open the app on your mobile phone in the right hand bottom of the screen you should see a camera with the word scan under it Once you are on the Al Rayan portal on your laptop computer you should see a box which on one side says use your mobile app click on that and it will bring up a multicolour dotted box like a QR code Press the scan button on your camera and point it at that box this should then open your account digitally on your screen It worked for me although it did take me ages to figure it out Hope this is helpful

Having recently opened an account with Al Rayan bank I had difficulty in logging on to my account through digital banking Unlike most banks I was connected by telephone in a short period of time to a very polite operator Although she could not resolve my problem she assured me a member of their IT team would contact me shortly The following day a gentleman named Imran Bagdadi contacted me by telephone He spent a considerable time with me going through the log on procedure Complete success How enlightening to find a business nowadays with operators so polite patient and efficient Well done Al Rayan

Great service from Azad internet banking app

Great service from Azad from customer services who helped me log in to my online banking I have been trying for a few months now and I felt like no one was really bothered in assisting me Spoke to Azad and he had me up and running in 18mins a world record if you ask me If you have any internet banking issues ask for Azad seems to know what to do and does not waste time The bank needs to update its processes as had many issues
