BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE Used to be a great pharmacy now they have overcharged me for my auto refill medication multiple times without my consent Not a little bit either My 22 medication they have hit me for 75 twice in 3 months To compound the issue they are too busy to reply to messages and hold times are usually upwards of an hour This is not a business to be trusted Stay Away

Alto appears to be going under
They used to be a great company service Now they routinely are out of stock of medications and can not keep up with deliveries Deliveries confirmed and scheduled are cancelled at the last minute moved to the following day Where they are again cancelled Again and again They will sometimes send a text just before the scheduled delivery asking if you re sure you still want delivery - with no option to reply Then they cancel for that day These are needed medications This is medical malpractice Sad to see how a once great company can fall so far so fast

Bill insurance but never deliver
Never reply to messages waiting over two weeks and held on the phone for more than an hour to speak to someone But moreimportantly I have not received my prescriptions since January because of their outright incompetence They tried to refill in Feb and couldn t deliver When I tried to reschedule it wouldn t let me until the end of March because Alto told my insurer they did deliver Which means they got paid - interesting eh Many people on the app store reporting the same experience if you scroll down through the sudden influx of fake reviews Basically I haven t had a vital medication for 60 days because of these people and they won t reply to messages or help me Avoid at all costs

failure to do a normal follow-through on new scrip
I had my endocrinologist write a new scrip and Alto has failed to follow through ruining my day yet again The pharmacist that contacted me is a terrifically poor communicator to the extent I don t quite grasp what s going on At best I m waiting another week but if I m going to have to reach out to the clinic behind a person s inexplicable comfort level problem with following through normally I m just going to have my endo send the scrip to Walgreens Ridiculous AVOID

Used to be great but really the worst now
They really were the best a year ago but their service has gotten horrible More than an hour wait to get through to a phone agent and my last 10 interactions through online chat were completely ignored or had wrong information I can t get prescriptions filled in a timely manner They were great when I switched but I m going to switch to a mail order pharmacy or Safeway now Too bad they just don t seem to care I let my doctor know too since they were recommending them as well

BMO ALTO has no customer service
BMO ALTO has no customer service Nobody comes on phone line I opened an account with my wife They sent invitation to my wife via email When invitation opened they send password which is valid for few minutes At that time phone was in car so could not log in Later tried previous password didn t work and never send new password even with repeated request My self-tried to login and they were sending verification code to phone number which is not ours Phone call didn t help as there is no live person to talk On first day of enrolling gave instruction to transfer money from BMO to BMO ALTO No message regarding non transfer or receipt of request
