it s a online fraud shipping app for the first time i ordered something from amala app my account was debited but order was not placed when i mailed them they keep on sending me some nonsense mail but didn t return my money or placed my order i lost my money so please don t shop with this app it is really fraud i did not receive my money

Save your time money and sanity and do not buy anything from this website or app They have an extremely poor customer service bad products and an inconvenient return exchange policy I have been trying to contact their customer support and they are not responsive at all Exchange needs to happen within 7 days but there is no system of initiating exchange The customer support team has taken more than 7 days to communicate with me I strongly do not recommend this company

Very bad service I placed an order for bulk Diwali hamper and the order had to be delivered on 20th Oct till now there is no update on delivery and when called customer care they keep giving excuses Very disappointed

Please dont buy clothes from Amala Thr app doesnot have any return procedure though u click return they never contqct you The kurtas i ordered mentioned organic cotton but the quality is so cheap its disgusting to see a kids kurta for 1800 have the worst quality The app doesnt work when you want to return clothes

There products are unnecessarily expensive I wanted to purchase shirt for my daughter and as per the product quality it was expensive Could not return because of their bad customer service Found this website Cottonlush they had great designs for kids shirt but their prices are far better than the ones on Amala Earth may be because of them charging more from their sellers
