Terrible Chinese affiliate quality with a price sky high You must be ashamed

DO NOT BUY - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had a really frustrating experience with Amalia Madrid I bought a dress from them because their return policy said I could return the item and they would return the money with no extra fees I tried to return the dress because it was really bad quality only to find out I d have to send it back to China at my own cost The shipping alone would be around 150 which is crazy considering the dress cost less than 30 What made it worse is that the store is supposedly based in Madrid Spain country where I was at the time When I checked their return policy before buying there was no mention of these ridiculous shipping costs or that returns had to go to China Now I m stuck with a dress I can t return because it s just not worth it and I ve wasted time going back and forth with their useless customer service It took me more than 4 months to only get 50 and had to keep a useless dress I m asking for a full refund without having to pay these ridiculous shipping fees and for them to fix their return policy so it s acurate In case you are trying to fight for a refund insist the maximum you can innitially they offer like 10 but they will offer you a bit more everytime you just need to be really patient
