Do NOT purchase from these crooks Our company purchased an ex demo printer for 22k and was promised a 12 month warranty from Art Systems This warranty was to run from the day of install as confirmed by email Despite chasing up Adapt several times over the months the warranty was never implemented Fast forward to our printer completely failing and the warranty not being in place it has cost us thousands and Adapt is not willing to accept their responsibility for failing to put the warranty in place

Opening times wrong on website
Can t grumble about the products or the deliveries but the opening times are a bit hit miss The website says the Southampton branch is open at 08 00 but in fact this is wrong they don t open until 08 30
