Delighted to hear that Jess is now back at Amax When we ask for something to be done we only have to ask once and it s sorted Jess goes above and beyond to help including in her own private time I know that our estate will now start to look 100 now rather than 40 and Jess will work hard to keep it that way Thankyou for everything Jess

Very helpful professional company Caroline goes out of her way to ensure the smooth running of the rentals My property has been with Amax for a couple of years now and I can always rely on them to see that the rent is in my account on time the property inspections are done regularly and thoroughly and they are never any outstanding issues Would highly recommend them

Amax estates are the most professional
Amax estates are the most professional property management company I have experienced in over 30 years of living in flats apartments in London They took over last year in an estate with a history of bad property management and they have cleaned up and begun to do long overdue jobs I would highly recommend this company for Property Management
