My account was restricted the only option they provided for me to enable my account again was to send a fax with my banking details I don t have access anymore to the old visa information they are requesting and I really don t understand how a company like amazon only accepts faxes for communication regarding account issues There is no other way to contact support because you need to be logged in to contact them directly

every time I have an issue can happen off course I have the certain about the fact that was really bad that amazon forced me to migrate from amazon de and amazon fr too to this new amazon com be Is a mess I ordered a prime item not marketplace should be arrives the day after today I discover that the order will not arrive and was not even dispatched yet I tried to cancel it in order to reorder it again but emails and even the supports agents confirmed advise me that I can t cancel but I have to wait up to 3 days to know if I will receive it or cancel it Niet te doen

Pre-ordered an item on 28th of october 2 weeks after the release date they cancel it because they can t seem to acquire the item after all Very disgruntled prime subscriber will now be a ex amazon customer Ever since Belgians have been shoehorned into using amazon com be it has been one big fiasco Also get the language right in the mails to your customers Its unprofessional to only send emails in french in 2023
