Bad customer service
Bad customer service Hard to talk to someone and when you do they are rude Prime items still take the same amount of time do deliver if you are a prime member as if you weren t which makes it worthless to be a member to me Items will literally be 20 minutes away from its final destination and it will take a week or more just to get it there

Amazon supports bad actors
I am a regular Amazon customer spending substantial amounts online per year I ordered a pair of AirPods from what appeared to be an Apple Store on Amazon Got them but they would not update Apple support confirmed that this was because the serial number did not match the AirPods meaning the content was replaced so they could not register it nor help They also confirmed that Apple does not have a store on Amazon so the page purporting to belong to them is false I returned them to Amazon April 24 within the deadline but never received reimbursement and the online system shows they were not received back though DHL confirms that they were Contacted support twice but never got a refund nor my package returned More and more Amazon is turning out to be a haven for bad actors

Placed an order two weeks ago Still has not shipped and they will not allow me to cancel Absolutely no way to contact them No email and the customer service number is not working I would give them 0 stars if the option was available Will never under any circumstance use them again

Awful incompetent and a complete joke
Waited at home on numerous occasions for nothing to be delivered after having 35 successful deliveries Add to that the pathetic customer service Customer service ha no such thing Told twice DHL would arrive for a return Again 2 days waiting at home for nothing The 3rd time an agent explains the procedure is different and I must arrange not an agent even though I was given a specific time DHL would arrive The agent didn t care at all when explained wrong advice given by 2 other colleagues and I had wasted so much time waiting I m from the UK and Amazon UK are great But Amazon Mx don t give a damn Only use as a very very last resort The last agent wouldn t tell me how to make an official complaint

Amazon doesn t post honest negative reviews
I have been a great customer to Amazon for years and am considering not shopping there any more They have terrible third party sellers that make your shopping experience a nightmare When you leave honest bad reviews Amazon rejects them Amazon only posts good reviews as if they are paid to reject the negative reviews This is not good customer service How can you do that to your loyal customers

I am about to cancel my Amazon prime Mx and also my us membership I am currently residing in Mexicoand because of that the television service is essentially valueless Do NOT bother signing up You cannot get most US content and are much much much better off with Netflix I just tried to watch the Bears game on Thursday night football without success Amazon prime SUCKS

I have used Amazon Mexico for 2 years
I have used Amazon Mexico for 2 years and until recently was totally satisfied with them However this month everything I ordered was returned by the courier service I received nothing DHL has always delivered my packages promptly and on time Whoever they are now using doesn t even bother to deliver they just return everything So I guess I will be saving some money because there is no point ordering anything from Amazon if I can t receive it
