Super Late Delivery with courier guy pounding on your door
After 10 o clock at night the courier pounded on my door like a loan shark awaking everyone up in the family Send an online chat complaint to Amazon sg s Arjun who works in customer service He showed initial patience then abruptly ended the discussion when I asked for feedback link on the courier s service There are undoubtedly superior alternatives and I will never use Amazon sg again Horrendous experience overall Will not recommend Amazon sg to anyone

I have been an amazon prime member for nearly 10 years
I have been an amazon prime member for years only to witness that the customer service deteriorating with years especially in Singapore You order something and it is not delivered God knows where the customer service staff are working from India Philippines etc They can t deliver they do apologize and they do give you a refund but this has been more and more happening It is frustrating and sad that the one company that was doing a good job is becoming just as bad as the other on-line platforms Can you believe that they couldn t accomplish the Amazon Fresh i e grocery and meat etc delivery because the driver couldn t find the address the same address to which I have received many deliveries Instead nowhere to complain and the give you your refund but am I supposed to be happy that they messed up my planning because they are uncapable to delivery in a city country that every address is easy to find Amazon has outdone itself in not a good way I am really annoyed and unhappy

Lost my trust on Amazon sg
Lately I purchased an item off of Amazon sg and found the product was mis-advertised probably intentionally When I got the product and noticed the quantity was wrong I tried to negotiate for a partial refund several times with the seller but all of them were declined Amazon also rejected my honest review citing that the comment was more on the seller than the product Of course I d like to warn other customers about a dishonest and hassle-prone seller

Amazon sg a FAR CRY from Amazon in UK and USA
If you have ever used Amazon in another country you will know how bad Amazon sg is I was working in UK a couple of years and I love shopping through Amazon Delivery was easily trackable was fast and the courier service was all handled by professional Amazon personnel In Singapore I realized that Amazon was trying to establish grounds here around 2020 I was excited but when I went to the website - this does not deliver to your country this is unavailable blah blah Nothing is available which is ridiculously lame I was offered a prime 1 year membership as some offer from Singtel recontract but there s literally nothing to buy I canceled it in advance Fast forward 3 years later I was hoping Amazon sg will get better There re definitely more stuffs and there s Amazon fresh I was excited about it until I accidentally forgot my unit number and realize how crappy it was The courier service was definitely not handled by Amazon s personal team I immediately added my unit info as soon as I got Amazon s email that it was undeliverable and may be reattempted again I waited till the delivery slot was over no reattempt But it s okay since it was my negligence Then the website said it will be refunded however the email said reattempt may be made So I decide to message the customer service for help 1st guy said There will be a reattempt to deliver tomorrow no information on timeslot 2nd guy said The delivery will be made before 20th July I asked a few more questions as I was still confused he stop replying and left me hanging there 3rd guy said probably the most accurate one The order was canceled and the refund has been processed Please go ahead to reorder if I still need the items Customer service centre is definitely not properly trained If courier services are not handled by Amazon themselves there s no way they can keep up with the Amazon name like how it s done in UK and USA It has really been quite a disappointed experience

Worst delivery ever they partnered with worst delivery service in SG NINJA VAN The delivery guy dropped the package in front of my unit door and said it is delivered it is public area where anyone can pick up my package the delivery guy ignored my msg to ask him to come back again tomorrow I am a prime member with such a bad delivery service guaranteed that I will never purchase anything from them again Don t buy from Amazon SG you are warned

I think I just got SCAM
I think I just got SCAM Receive a product which is totally different from the description I ordered XReal AR Glasses for 345 and instead received a cheap normal china made sunglasses This is false advertising at its worse and I have no way to call or reach out to amazon beside going thru the refund process This will be the last time I m using amazon
