Very poor disappointing customer service

Very Disappointed Was told I couldn t use AI illustrations because of licencing I had forwarded some AI illustraions for an example I paid for 2 books with Canadian exchange and for 10 illustrations 30 each After 5 Weeks of waiting I recieved an email saying to proof the art work they had sent me back It was the AI pics I originally sent them Felt like I had been Scammed Cancelled everything and I still have not recieved my 300 That I paid for Illustrations I cancelled my cc and no one will return my calls or emails in over 20 days I want to put in a formal complaint but no real way to contact them other than the email they are ignoring I have read your reply and if your company would return my calls or my messages or emails we might be able to settle this The Paid invoice I have 21575 says Amazon Book Authors with your name on it and for queries visit your web site including Amazon book Authors and the phone number accompanied with that website that comes up I have left messages no one returns my call and the voice mail says I have reached a medical centre Please contact me Or tell me how I can get in touch because dosen t appear to be any way to reach you that you reply
