Genuinely don t understand the negative reviews I started shopping on Amazon after a big falling-out with EBAY 4 years ago you want to experience crap customer service shop on Ebay Never had any issues with Amazon that wasn t instantly resolved well beyond expectation 100 trustworthy and reliable I order about 200 items a year Often the best price on the Internet too It not surprising they re taking over the world they do online shopping so much better than anyone else Would like to see more smaller local Sellers given access to the platform though free of charge ideally Thanks Amazon

I order weekly from Amazon get free kindle books free shipping and free streaming with prime I have no complaints great customer service any problems have been addressed quickly Some delay during a pandemic in shipping is completely acceptable They also do quite a bit to give back to communities they neighbor and are committed to drastically reducing their carbon footprint They have been an important resource during a very difficult time for my family with competitive pricing decent stock reserves and excellent customer service I have been grateful to have my prime membership this year

I feel that I have to support Amazon Prime They have been really really good over the years I ve been with them The delivery lockers have been godsend for me as I worked shifts I ve only ever had to send something back once and it was a breeze - nothing to pay and no hassle at all I ve not been able to collect something once and it was cancelled and I received a full refund - that s exactly how a company should work I can t understand why they have bad reviews I ve dealt with many many bad companies over the years and they are not even close by a long way Keep it up the great work Amazon

Great items very fast shipping Some items are overpriced and can be found cheaper but everything I ve purchased on here has been of high quality and came extremely fast to St Louis where I live My whole family uses them and have not had one problem yet knock on wood LOL

I am an Amazon Prime member for a long time now and I have to say it s a good experience If you are impatient like me then it could be an option for you Free 2 day delivery on select items which is usually most and free standard delivery on certain items that aren t eligible for 2 day shipping I ve seen some of the 1 star reviews on here and I have to say it s mostly user error It s a membership service even if you subscribe to a free trial you re agreeing that if you don t cancel you are wanting to continue the service and they start charging after the trial period Please read the fine print
