I am 5 foot 11 inches about 400 pounds so my wrists are bugger than most This watch band fits no problem with EXTRA room for slack like alot The protection bezel is secure I am a truck driver who deliver bulk liquid and I am always banging my band on stuff throughout unload process Protection integrity is not a concern
