I may have signed up during a busy

I may have signed up during a busy period as it took 5 months to get my meter swapped but after that everything went swimmingly I have solar and a telsa battery and everything integrates well Still waiting for the ability to stop outputting solar when the price is in the negatives but I hear that s coming for my inverter Overall has halved my electricity bill coming from origin do recommend

The service from Amber is first rate I ve been with them for five years across three properties They ve made the practice of moving straight forward They ve guided me through a recent solar and battery installation and I m realising the fruits of the SmartShift program And most recently they were quick to hop on my concession card backdating to the start date of my card As a disabled person on a fixed income this assistance is especially valuable

I ve been with Amber for a few years and I m completely happy with their service their product and their attitude and helpfulness The free app is a game changer in putting the power into the hands of the user I ve just got solar and the integration into the app is truly wonderful I m now making money out of Amber

We have been members for a little over 6 months Every time we have asked for something Amber are onto and attend to it almost immediately We are also in credit and i have heard that some companies will not refund this credit Had no such problem with Amber One more thing the App gives us greater control when price spikes occur or when electricity is cheap If this keeps up our payback time will be reduced considerably

Thanks to Amber Electric I now look forward to my power bill each month so I can see how much I have saved again I m not very computer savvy usually I ask my Adult kids how why and when Amber Electric are wonderful I don t feel like a Silly Nana if I don t understand anything They are always happy to help and explain anything to me I would happily recommend them to anyone Thanks Amber

I have been with Amber for 15 months I have 7Kw of solar 27 kWh of battery and an EV Since getting the batteries and joining amber my electricity bill has gone from 150 per month to an average of 150 in credit I have to contact Amber to have the credit transferred to my bank account but it only took an email to get last months 296 transferred

I don t pay for Electricity thanks to Amber

I ve gone from an average of 2600 PA electricity costs prior to 2019 to an average of 200 PA credit even though I now mostly charge my car at home and have moved from gas to electricity for heating Amber allows me to spot trade energy on the NEM Everybody should be doing it

With Amber make sure you know what you re getting into It is not purely said and forget but if you are willing to make the effort you will save some money possibly a decent amount and also help save the planet by starving coal stations of money they don t deserve

Finally I don t feel like I am being ripped off

I ve just joined and the communication and knowledge has been excellent Its a transparent process and finally I don t feel like I m being ripped off by energy Companies You can see how much the project energy prices are - where the energy is coming from and its pretty easy to understand the system Its great too that at the end of the day you can see how much you have made or paid
