Christmas morning and my shower decided to give up the ghost Phoned Ambient and one of the wise men has now replaced the whole unit Best gift ever and can now approach friends again although the mask and 2 metre space may have helped when unwashed Camel made a mess of the garden

Outstanding Professionals

I contacted Ambient because our original Vaillant boiler installed in 2007 was not functioning properly They recommended a Worcester replacement with a similar output but greater efficiency Cameron and Wes showed up right on time installed floor protection brought in their tools and got to work straight away They worked continuously without a break cleverly came up with a solution for routing the condensation pipe discussed how we d like the boiler set installed extra valves in case we needed a booster pump sited the new thermostat and rewired the new time clock They also gave the existing system a long power flush Once the boiled fired up they spent ages going around the house balancing its 25 radiators in addition to freeing thermostatic pins that had kept 5 or 6 of them not working for years The next morning the house heated up as it hasn t done for perhaps a decade We were extremely pleased When finished they removed all unwanted parts including the old boiler and left the work area immaculately clean I ve been in the building industry for many decades and believe Wes and Cam are consummate professionals who take pride in their work and thrive on customer satisfaction

Excellent service by Wes and Cameron Both worked extremely hard and solved an existing pipework problem which was causing poor circulation of hot water to the ground floor radiators New boiler and radiators now functioning well and have greatly improved the ambient heating of our house

We had our gas cut off because of a small leak I phoned a couple of engineers to see if they could come and mend the pipe and reconnect us Sarah said that she would see if she could get someone to come out that afternoon She was very helpful and Cameron came to see if he could fix it He didn t have the part but went off to get it and then came back to fix it He was very efficient as well as being very personable Thank you very much for helping us out

An exemplary experience

From start to finish our experience has been excellent AHS recently replaced an old failing gas boiler and heating system with a new combi boiler associated pipework and new radiators The work was carried out very efficiently went exactly to plan and as per the quote We would like to express our thanks to all the staff we dealt with before and during the actual replacement work Sarah Wes and Cam for their professionalism approachability and their first-rate communication throughout the whole process We have no hesitation in recommending them very highly
