I had a really bad experience
I had a really bad experience i wanted to renew visa for a family of 4 Mahmoud typed my application 3 were correct and 1 was wrong Next day I went and spoke to manager he just simply mentioned ok we refund your money and never tried to investigate what went wrong The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional Later I went to another Amer centre hardly 1 KM from this branch It s completely opposite behaviour and approach they were very professional and cooperative I dont recommend anyone to visit this branch
