Well from start to finish everything

Our family broke down in Ocala Florida and Carshield was there to get us the tow we needed and a place for the car to be fixed We had one representative on my husband s cell and another on my cell making all of the arrangements while I communicated to each one what the other was doing Claims and finding a place to fix the car and the other setting up a tow It definitely calmed my nerves down knowing Carshield had my back in time of need in a strange town The tow company was great too Very polite and very helpful as to tell us where we could find places to eat or stay if needed Our car was fixed the same day Don s Garage in Ocala Florida went over and beyond in getting our car fixed the same day They even stayed past their closing time and called us to follow up that the car was still doing okay Great service

I was one of these naysayers at first Then they stepped up to the bar thru Tmara Steve You know who you are TC SC and came thru just like their infomercials said they would It s refreshing to get what is advertised these days imagine that You can t go wrong with this company Give them a chance Oh the company is struggling with an IT issue however they are working through it and doing well I am a real customer and NO I DIDNT GET PAID to say this I am a disabled veteran Viet Nam Era Any other veterans come on in the waters fine You won t be disappointed with them Have a great and blessed day
