Everything about this company is First Class The ship was beautiful and very clean The staff were all friendly and helpful when asked a question The shore excursions were well planned The cruise director Colin made sure everyone was well informed when and where to meet before each excursion The excursion director Tish was always pleasant and ensured that people were able to change their choices if needed The coaches were so clean and the guides on them were knowledgeable and informative Everything ran on time The food was plentiful and GOURMET The on-board daily lectures were interesting and the nightly entertainment was varied and delightful There is absolutely nothing I could recommend for this company to change

Kudos to American Cruise Lines

Kudos to American Cruise Lines for hiring a diverse crew Our only other cruise we ve taken is with American I ve spoken to other people on the cruises that have cruised with other lines and they have all said their experience with American is more positive The open seating at meals as well as their small number of passengers both contribute to getting to know other passengers on a more personal level

All went well except harbor cruise

All went well except harbor cruise Way overrated Operated was asked several times to turn speaker volume down He refused Very boring after 30 minutes

The whole experience is first class

The crew are outstanding very friendly and helpful at all times The food is excellent - one comes on board the ship as a passenger and eats so much that one leaves as cargo Don t waste time on a large ship where you are just a number here you become part of the family who know what you like to eat and drink and are always greeted with a smile

Fantastic week on the River the Mighty Mississippi Wonderful crew to care for everything imaginable Terrific excursions for the most part Food served was tasty and explored new cuisine possibilities

Everything was just simple especially embarkation and debarkation they organize these quite well Lots of space on the ship and activities to fill the hours when you felt like just relaxing The crew is very personable and friendly and I think we met just about all of them

We did the Maine Coastline Cruise Although the leaf turning didn t cooperate ACL delivered a top notch experience Well run efficient no hassle comfortable relaxing and enjoyable Small ship cruising is the way to go and ACL sets the bar high HIGH Marks all around - staff was great food was superb accomodations very comfortable entertainment good

We have been on many cruises and just to the best Customer Service ever It was very personalized Everybody was upbeat nice friendly etc The only thing I think to begin little better is the communication between the personnel Otherwise everything was absolutely fantastic The food was great in the dining room as well as the Buffay
