The floor mat is terrible quality
The floor mat is terrible quality - it s supposed to be an anti-fatigue mat but it s rock hard The foam layer has no give at all and it s covered in a slippery hard plastic top layer It s hideous - nothing like the photo online The underside has uneven edges as if it was put together with scrap material or torn instead of cut to shape To top it off - the mat has different dimensions than stated off by 3 4 - meaning it won t fit where we wanted to place it The company has no automated return process so you have to contact someone to initiate a return but they haven t responded to several emails and their customer service phone line seems to be out of order Their live chat prompts you to leave a message

Product is OK Company is not
I recently purchased three rolls of rubber flooring for my basement gym I have no issue with the quality of the product it is as advertised I mean it s not exactly hard to manufacture rubber flooring My issue is with the company I was careful to measure my space accurately it s 15 4 long and roughly as wide They sell rolls in 4 widths and then they are cut to the desired length I ordered my rolls to be 15 long so that I could simply unroll it in my space Fast forward to today My three rolls of flooring arrived I cut the first one open and it measured 17 long I called the company thinking it was an error They explained that this is how they always do it and then I can cut it to fit The problem with that is that I am not looking for a DIY project I just wanted to roll it out on the concrete floor I am not concerned about a 2 gap on either side I wanted a nice clean line and minimal effort When I called they were not interested in helping me at all This flooring is not cheap especially when they tag you for shipping Bottom line this is just another company that doesn t understand care about customer service They have an acceptable product but did a terrible job communicating with me on my needs

I ordered a runner for my kitchen when it arrived It was 3 inches shorter than the order I called it to discuss with them They stated that manufacturing variances change It should ve read the fine print I called to discuss my concern all I received was a negative reply with no solution Do not do business with these people

Non-responsive customer service for questions asked
The floor mat quality is good but the installation directions and customer service were virtually useless Pieces to not interlock except in a specific placement but markings on tiles were not sufficient to assemble without gaps 8 x 8 mat of 2 x 2 tiles Called for support and customer service reps could not provide any information and production staff and supervisors were all at meetings

Take your business elsewhere
I ordered three mats in early August two gray one navy The two gray arrived very quickly The navy did not I emailed and called to ask about the missing mat they said they d get right on it A few days later I received ANOTHER gray mat I called again and asked for the navy mat and they sent me TWO MORE GRAY MATS In all of my communications I was polite and respectful though I nicely suggested that they needed to work on their QC and or customer service I was finally referred to a man named Ed Huylebroeck who was rude and unapologetic He threatened to cancel my order for the navy mat for which I had long since paid them if I did not IMMEDIATELY mail back the three incorrect gray mats He REFUSED to correctly fulfill my order until I RETURNED and corrected his mistakes Not once during this whole ridiculous process did he ever say anything like I am SO SORRY for the inconvenience I apologize for our errors this is NOT how we typically serve our customers PLEASE accept my apology and let me offer you as a compensation for the trouble Extremely rude worst customer service I ve ever dealt with He should be fired Bottom line - take your business elsewhere

Ordered an 18 foot long hallway mat as per their quotation Received a mat 17 feet 2 Inches long Their reply was that mats are not produced to exact dimensions and that this is stated in their terms and conditions This is nonsense Why bother to quote a size if you can not conform I would give them zero stars if possible I am disputing this through Visa

This business is a headache
I wish I had read more of their online reviews before purchasing from them I wholeheartedly agree with the reviews that accuse them of being incompetent or intentionally deceitful As a heads up they do not seem to allow customers to return their items without having to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee Instead they might offer you a partial discount and then never follow up with you on that which is exactly what happened to me I also ordered fast shipping on an item that was not fulfilled according to the timing advertised and they took zero accountability for the delay What frustrates me the most is the American branding they use presumably to build trust and goodwill among American people only to underperform let American people down and tarnish what it means to be an American business These people have a D- BBB rating and their BBB Accreditation has been revoked After doing business with them I can see why

The floor mats I got only 1 of 5 was very good One had some defects but not terrible Three had major manufacturing defects Extra material melted and such I was told I could easily repair them myself How Why

Terrible customer service Ordered 2 mats one was navy blue other was black Wanted both navy blue Contacted through email took a week to get a response from Lenny Sosner Told me to send him pictures which I did right away and he stated he could process it immediately 2 days later still no response Look elsewhere
