Absolutely fabulous service

I ordered from here on tuesday 31st may and spent 50 and even on the jubilee bank holiday it came around on saturday it came a bit earlier than expected well packaged and even items in the clearance zone expire next year i will order again and i look forward to enjoying my sweets and with all of that said Goodbye

I don t understand all the bad comments about this company I ordered Tuesday 1st May 2018 and had my parcel within 24 hours they even gave me a wee extra sweet this is a lot better than ordering of of amazon would 100 recommend thsnks Debbie keep up the good work

Really shocked at the low rating

Really shocked at the low rating I looked up American Sweets after placing an order with them as generally speaking I would check this beforehand before ordering from any new company After reading the crazy low Trust Pilot score I began contemplating whether to cancel my order however based on one or two positive reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt After 2 days of placing my order I received email from FedEx confirming that they would be delivering however the driver damaged my parcel and it was returned to the American Sweets factory Upon learning this I immediately contacted American Sweets via social media I was very shocked when I got a response within a few hours confirming that they would be replacing my order and sending with DPD following the issues with FedEx I am not sure who rated this company so low but I for one am super impressed with their levels of customer service and how quickly they resolved my problem I now can enjoy my Calypso s and Cinnabon donuts THANK YOU AMERICAN SWEETS

Definitely recommend

Everything on the website is really affordable and everything that I ordered came in my package The delivery was really fast I ordered on the 12th received on the 16th via Royal Mail
