order not delivered I gave timetables and they were not respected I gave telephone number internal address etc and there was no collation

Worst shopping experience ever

I just want to start out by saying I am not the type to complain or write reviews so the fact that I am doing so speaks volumes in itself First of all order was automatically cancelled which to a certain extent I did understand because I was having the product sent to my girlfriends address because it was a gift That being said after requesting verification of my identity they didn t even give me 6 hours to verify myself before cancelling I was at work at the time so didn t see the request via whatsapp Anyway I placed the order again on July 4th gave my ID etc and all was well Its now the 17th of July I haven t received a refund or my package My girlfriend had multiple notifications claiming that the package was undelivered due to damage we were told then to contact americanuncle which we did they told both of us they would be in touch when they had news they didn t it took both le and my girlfriend messaging them waiting 1-2 days to even get a response Only today 13 days after placing the order have they said I ll be receiving my refund Baring in mind this is a company that advertises their order time at 24 48 hours When they were ignoring my messages on whatsapp yes they were online and read my messages multiple times without replying I took to instagram to voice my opinions and they blocked me I understand things go wrong but the sheer lack of communication and professionalism is appalling I would strongly advise you DO NOT order from these people I ve essentially just wasted 13 days for nothing and considering the stuff I was ordering were apart of a gift I am not happy to say the least This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had no apology no reassurance they haven t even explained in what way the products were damaged all in all 0 10 Absolutely would not recommend

I prefer to change

My experience is great but I would like to see different type or season type because I think it s better to change the taste Thank you
