I was skeptical at first but decided to give them a try to get benefits for my mother They were very thorough and walked me through the whole process They knew exactly what was needed and would return phone calls on a timely manner My mother has begun receiving monthly benefits and it has helped considerably in her health care I totally recommend them

Extremely helpful staff

Various staff from AVA helped through every step of the process We had several conference calls and emails were answered very quickly I was filing for a relative with Alzheimer s and she was not able to help the AVA was able to tell me which info was most important and often how to find it The application was approved retroactively to the date of filing

From the very first phone call through the day benefits were received staff from AVA were there to help with questions concerns and guide me through what could have been a very painstaking process They know the ins and out of the processes while most of us don t and the help they provided was priceless They are truly angels and I am very thankful for their service

I was extremely happy that we chose AVA to get help with registering my Aunt for the benefit earned by my Uncle for his service in WWII They were very easy to work with and timely in answering all of my questions My Aunt is 98 years old so I was afraid the process would take too long and she would not get any benefit however everything was submitted in time for April 1 and she received her first check with back pay to April in July

This company really stood up to its name and reputation Yes we had to do a lot of leg work to produce all the necessary documents but it was worth it When they received the documents they did the rest All staff were very professional kind and extremely helpful

AVA helped my mother get approved for Aid Assistance Benefits to help with her assisted living care They were friendly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful It was less than 5 months from the time I first spoke to them to the day she began receiving benefits Thank you so much for making the process so easy and helping her in her time of need

American Veterans Aid took the reins coached and assisted me through the application process and my mother was awarded aid within 5 months This was money well spent I am not sure if I could have gone through the rigorous application process alone
