Have not used the service as yet but if it is anything at all like what the Customer Service has been like then I have ZERO worries as to how good it will be Soner has had the patience to walk me through the million questions I asked and respond with perfect clarity Not only that but the system mistakenly doubled my purchase and Soner got everything fixed within an hour or two at best GREAT JOB
