Stay away from this tour Company

Toledo Segovia Avila Spain TourTerrible from the start it was already chaos 1 we got move to different bus at least 3x 2 Since there were only a few english tour w Avila option they ended up putting us in the spanish tour instead of providing us w smaller bus i booked an english tour btw 2 There were no headset provided so we couldn t hear the tour guide most of the time 3 Since it s combine with spanish tour the tour guide was speaking in spanish most of the time and when she tried to translate in English we could not understand her 4 There were no clear instruction of where the meeting place was we missed most of the tour in Segovia 4 Since we did not have any headset we missed most of the explanation in each point of interest 5 I understand the time schedule but the tour guide could have given us at least 2-3 mins in each point of interest to take pics instead after she explains things she would move on while the rest of us are trying to snap pics Pls drop Amigo tours on ur list

100 Do NOT Recommend

Horrible company unprofessional and non-responsive if there are issues They doubled charged me for a tour and have refused to correct the problem over the last 2 months I have exchanged 50 emails with them and still they can t figure it out They did not inform us of any issue with our GoCity Pass on the day of the tour then secretly a month later a charge shows up on my credit card for the tour We used a GoCity Pass and neither them nor Amigo Tours have been professional about addressing this issue I would NEVER use them again and 100 do not suggest using either of these companies The pass may seem like a great deal but do not give these people your business it is not worth it They are openly running a scam which should be apparent based on all of the other reviews

Fraudulent Company

Fraudulent Company that is dedicated to rob money from tourists just do not use this company This Company left a group of 16 people stranded in Madrid Spain Not a responsable Company

Think again before you book

We arrived 10 minutes too late the bike tour took much longer than was indicated on Google due to the steep hills The guide had left and could not be reached directly The operator from Amigo Tours could not do anything to help us to reach him her or to get into the park 50 euros flushed through the toilet We had a good work-out though to end this review in a positive way

AVOID THEM

AVOID THEM I booked 4 tours in Barcelona with them They rescheduled 3 of them and I received the email only a day before and they completely canceled the fourth one They are deplorable and have no respect for those who paid and organized their vacation based on reservations

Avoid amiga tours

We had a tour scheduled my husband got food poisoning was up all night vominting called to reschedule our tour I was informed that we needed to give 24 hours notice tried to explain that he became I ll 5 hours prior to tour I wanted to reschedule They refused They took my money 200 Don t book with Amigo They are unprofessional and money hungry

Yesterday 28 08 22 we had a tour booking for the Familia Sragada in Barcelona between 6-7 30 PM with Amigotours which was booked through go city card but since the direction link which is stated on the confirmation email directed us to a wrong destination 30min far from the original meeting point we missed our tour and later on when we sent countless email to re-schedule the tour for today no body unswered to our emails We need to visit the place today since we have a flight tomorrow but mo body is helping us Very poor service Avoid Avoid Avoid

DO NOT BOOK Failred to show up for pick at the designated pick up location HOTEL LOBBY BELLMAN AREA Waited from 6 50 for 7 05 pick-up Contacted the company at 7 18 and they said bus came and left The bus never came to the area in their instructions email We wasted this day of our trip as it was too late to book anhy other tours Company operators were unprofessional and lacked any customer service and did not offer to return or reschedule DO NOT WASTE your money on this company book somewhere else Completely ridiculous and rude

Horrible tour company

This bus tour company is unprofessional and extremely rude We booked a family tour to Toledo but the tour guide left as soon as the bus stopped leaving us to explore on our own When we complained he told us to find another guide if we didn t like him We also had trouble understanding him Booking through this company was a waste of time We learned more from other tour guides than from the one provided by this company
