Cheap yes buy support is terrible No communication or help The contractor in my sauna burnt out after 2 months After loads of messages videos pictures they sent me a spare part in the post with no explanation It looks like nothing else inside the sauna and no matter how hard I tried to get them to tell me what to do with it I ve given up Useless if anything goes wrong
