They were very helpful as unfortunately when putting the SIM card into the phone it slipped and jammed in and I couldn t get it out The warranty people were helpful and I sent the phone back to them They then sent another phone back to me and now it is up and running

I purchased this phone for a friend who is now in a nursing home He had broken his last phone I took it in to him and we tried to set it up but we could not find his old phone and SIM CARD Today visited him again He had found his old phone so his SIM CARD was now available Put the phone on charge at 1 00 pm today and at 08 00 pm when chased the phone was on symbol showing battery full was on and clock was on Nothing else was working Have we missed something We followed set up instructions Any suggestions welcome Thank you
