Terrible customer service and avoidance in fulfilling their returns policy
I had made an online purchase and wrote to the company requesting to return items that did not fit within their return policy requirements Despite many attempts via email texts and requests via Instagram they continued to ignore my request I would think twice about purchasing from the company as it continues to not uphold its own policies

Customer service is non existent I contacted them asking for an exchange or to make a return Whichever would be possible and have been completely ignored No replies to any of the 8 emails I sent Really really poor Their clothes are lovely but the way they treat their customers is terrible

Lucky they have 1 star I d say zero Customer service appalling I returned a skirt 60 skirt so not cheap this was months ago I still have no refund Countless emails fb messages insta etc and all ignored Won t be letting it drop though but defo do not order They are a shambles

Will not honour returns policy
I purchased a dress however it was too small and on return they refused a refund and said it wasn t returned in the same condition which is a lie it was returned as received Company no longer responding to emails despite numerous attempts Stay well clear

Poor quality and no money back
Ordered a dress from here for a wedding after seeing lots of adverts on Instagram The dress lining was made of cheap scratchy fabric so I sent back via their Royal Mail returns I sent the dress back at the beginning of September and have yet to receive my money back or even confirmation that the return was received Feeling less confident everyday that I will get my money back 140

I ordered a puffball dress and was sent a faulty product with a detached sleeve that wasn t sown to the dress I reached out to the customer service team via email and they assured me I could do an exchange and they would send me a new dress and they would pay for me to ship it back After I already shipped the product back they informed me that there are no exchanges in the US and they did not refund my over 50 shipping fees I will never order from AmyLynn again they lied to me

Extremely poor customer service makes buying a risk
I ordered a c 100 dress for my partners birthday Unfortunately they sent me the wrong item No problem as I know that mistakes can sometimes happen I email them and then after waiting days for a response or acknowledgement they told me to return the item and they would replace it This did not happen Instead I got a partial refund they deducted shipping and it took multiple emails and a month to get the full refund A shame because the dress looked great I m sure my partner would have loved it if only they could have managed this situation effectively all it would have taken for me to purchase the dress was communication even after the initial mishap and I received virtually none The responses I did receive were clearly rushed and not interested

AVOID - Worst customer support team
I ordered 4 dresses worth over 400 from Amy Lynn back in September and they were left outside my front door and on my return home the parcel had unsurprisingly been stolen I contacted their customer support team to help me resolve the issue The company said there was nothing they could do they would create a claim with RoyalMail and keep me updated I was soon to find out this company has probably the worst customer support team I ve ever had to deal with months passing with ZERO communication and every 2-3weeks I would have to chase up to find out any updates with which they would tell me to bear with Extremely unsatisfied with my experience and not even a partial refund exchange offered AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 beautiful dresses which arrived beautifully in paper ECO packaging i had ordered the wrong size and this was sorted via email customer service before dispatch so i got what i needed Absolutely super service and the dress is such a good quality it ll be worn many times Hopefully we can see your products in Toronto soon so we can try in person Thank you XX
