I ordered a weighted blanket and cover Took for ever to received Then I only received the cover which wasn t the I ordered Try calling line is always busy No packing received with the cover Will return but unsuccessful in getting a RA After unsuccessful emails attempts I had my credit card remove the charges WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

No Response from Amzemart after Multiple Contacts

On 3 3 2022 they sent me the wrong item Order 5252 I ve emailed them 7 times to request a refund of 24 15I also filled out the form that s on their website multiple times and called their customer service number which is always busy The item received was an aluminum wallet which is not even shown on their website so the manufacturer probably shipped the wrong product Contacting BBB now Very disappointed with this Company From now on l will check reviews about any internet business before ordering anything

This appears to be a criminal organization The site shows a dumbbell set with a picture of two dumbells but on checking they only sell one dumbell In my case I canceled the order the day I placed it and Amazemart refused to provide a refund They do not answer their phone number

If I could give this scam company zero stars I would I bought a 90lb dumbbell SET as advertised on their website Spent 500 Got ONE dumbbell in the mail The picture states set and English that is plural for TWO No one would ever pay 500 for one dumbbell Option to return good luck You have to email them first to get the address then pay for shipping and pay a 25 re-stocking fee which is no where on their return policy no phone number works I battled with them via email for weeks I m literally afraid to even send it back bc I feel like I will not see any money returned All I want is my second dumbbell that I purchased Completely scammed me I did report them on multiple review websites and BBB So if you were scammed please report them to BBB so this can be stopped
