For starters they take forever to ship Secondly it s an IKEA like manufactured trailer like couch Thus why are you waiting months for pieces They do not offer white glove delivery even the white gloves stick their noses up here We purchased the love sectional with ottoman SirMixALot would not be able to sit on these very expensive non inclusive pieces Being 115 myself even I can feel the bar beneath my back and we sprung for the cush padding This couch is too expensive for a dorm room but absolutely belongs in the back corner of a GoodWill for you to purchase for your child s dorm room No I do not recommend this predatory company The couch is trash Final answer
