worst shopping experience ever

It s been 10 days since the original delivery date of the ordered product All communication via email is terribly drawn out Despite the lack of the ordered product and the chance of its delivery the service is doing everything to not refund the money Over the course of 4 days only 2 emails were exchanged In the last email I was assured that the product is already in stock and I will soon receive a link to track the shipment However in the previous email I was informed that the manufacturer is unable to specify when the shipment to AndLight will be completed The lack of precision in specifying deadlines indicates a low level of service It s been 4 days since I requested a refund and the product suddenly appeared in the warehouse but it is not known when it will be sent to me It really looks like some kind of scam
