I have ordered a custom suit from this shop Communication went easily through WhatsApp The manager was very attentive to my needs The delay was not respected unfortunately as I was given a date that was delayed almost 10 days from the original date But I had taken some margin so wasn t penalized When receiving the order two shirts were missing I was told the transporter had them taken but they weren t on the package description so I think this was an error from their side They weren t very clear on what exactly happened Anyway they sent me another pair of shirts with an extra shirt for the inconvenience Which was greatly appreciated You can go ahead and order a suit from them they are professional and great tailors Please ensure you have some time margin to avoid any delay or surprise

I bought suit for my husband it was perfect fit and it delivered on time for the occasion Even in USA they delivered on time and the suit was beautiful and he got lots of compliments on it

Customer service awful Schedule video call appointment for December 2 Never received email to join meeting Call representative and was told to rebook appointment Schedule appointment for December 3 Same result Advertising presentation nothing but an illusion Thankful no money was lost through this process

I had an absolutely terrible experience

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop Their communication is beyond poor and their attitude is unbelievably rude Despite paying a hefty amount they don t even know how to properly finish a suit I visited their store in Pakistan for my uncle s reception suit and we had to go back more than five times just to get the finishing right Every time they messed something up and then had the audacity to blame us for their mistakes The suit pants were bent from the pocket and instead of fixing it they told us Yeh aisa hi hota hai when it was clearly defective On top of that their staff is extremely rude and completely untrained in customer service The shop is also severely understaffed so you end up waiting more than 45 minutes just to try on a suit absolutely insane The whole process was stressful frustrating and a complete waste of time
