I d used Andrew Craig Estate Agents previously so I had confidence that I would receive an efficient and professional service when the time came for me to sell my home On this occasion however there were several factors affecting the national economy adversely and I felt a little anxious that this sale may not run quite so smoothly However from the outset - the initial appraisal with Debbie Sinclair Head of Sales - I was met with a positive pro-active approach and a clear and wide ranging marketing plan was produced Viewings and subsequent offers followed quickly handled by the team at the Jarrow branch and overseen by Michelle Pattinson Senior Sales Advisor Throughout the marketing campaign and during the conveyancing process I was able to rely on the back-up and guidance of Michelle and her colleagues Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and with clarity All of my dealings with the Jarrow branch were handled professionally but always in a way which was friendly and approachable I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Craig Estate Agents and I very much appreciate the skills and the support I received from Michelle and all of the Jarrow branch team

I have used the Gosforth branch of Andrew Craig for a number of years now both buying renting and selling buy to let properties I have dealt with Janet and Sarah for years and had excellent service from them both So professional and efficient which is hard to find these days My recent sale I was involved more with Alison who was absolutely brilliant the buyers solicitors were dragging their feet and Alison intervened and got the sale back on track if it wasn t for her I would still be waiting for the sale to go through Thanks Alison and all of the team at Gosforth I wouldn t use any other agent First Class
