This is a fraud company They enabled some fake subscriptions for me which I didn t do and charged my card twice in a month There is no phone number provided to reach out to them just one help email and despite emailing them they charged my credit card I finally have to call the bank and cancel my card

I cancelled my subscription in june of 2023 Why am I suddenly getting charged in October of 2024 for a subscription that was cancelled Literally what is going on I ve been emailing costumer service for days and absolutely no response whatsoever I m so sick of this I already have enough bills and responsibilities I certainly don t need this unnecessary billing hassle FIX THIS
