I ordered some items

I ordered some items But I didn t receive them I ve emailed and messaged but I ve not had anything back I m a disabled customer and rely on online shopping no items no refunds

Not the best experience

Item first came incorrect then when I sent the item back the correct order never came Its been quite difficult to get through to customer service 2 stars rather than one because they did get back to me after the first delivery to organise a return I ve just accepted at this point I ve lost the money Update as I can t reply to the review comments As of the 27th Nov the parcel never arrived I responded to thier request for information and refund I have had no refund

To follow up since they replied to the review they did not refund me even after I provided the evidence requested through trust pilot and despite the offer on the reply The item still never came Contacted our bank and got the money back thankfully but wouldn t recommend shopping there
